Through the app, you can access your digital inventory of appliances, user manuals, and schedule appointments. It’s a convenient way to stay on top of your home’s upkeep.
I already cataloged my appliances. Is HomeKeep still valuable to me?
Absolutely! HomeKeep will digitize your existing appliances, ensuring access to model numbers and user manuals. Additionally, you’ll continue to benefit from the expertise of our dedicated concierge team and maintenance specialists on staff.
How does HomeKeep differ from a builder’s warranty program?
HomeKeep focuses on proactive home maintenance and appliance care to prevent future issues. While a builder’s warranty portal is your point of contact for specific problems, HomeKeep ensures regular check-ups and maintenance to avoid potential problems altogether.
How much is this going to cost me now/in the future?
For the first year for most of our customers, there is no charge, as the builder has generously covered the cost. They have provided this service to help safeguard your new home and prevent future costly repairs. If you wish to continue the service after the first year, we’re happy to discuss renewal options and discounts to continue your home maintenance with HomeKeep.
